Instructions:
1. When the barking sound is triggered for the first time, the working indicator light will automatically turn on, and the 19KHZ ultrasonic output will make the dog respond, and the product will automatically reset to the start mode. If the dog does not respond, it will enter the next function mode.
2. Trigger the barking sound for the second time, the indicator light will automatically turn on, and the 20KHZ ultrasonic wave will respond to the dog, and the product will automatically lock the second mode. If the dog does not respond, it will enter the next function mode.
3. Trigger the barking sound for the third time, the indicator light will turn on automatically, 21KHZ ultrasonic output, and the dog responds, the product will automatically lock the third mode, if the dog does not respond, enter the next function mode.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Provided the conditions in our refund policy have been met, refunds will be processed using the original form of payment. You can return an item purchased online by posting it to us. Please note that delivery costs will be excluded from the refund unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights (e.g. they are faulty or not as ordered).
