Shower installation
1. When installing a thermostatic shower, facing the water inlet, it must be hot on the left and cool on the right. If the waterway in your home is opposite, you need to contact customer service for instructions
2. The standard decorative cover of the shower has a thickness of 2cm, a curved foot of 4 minutes to 6 minutes, and a length of 4.7cm. It is recommended that the water pipe be recessed into the wall by about 1cm. It cannot be installed due to reservation problems, and you need to purchase a decorative cover for installation
3. If the water inlet spacing is between 13.5-16.5cm (standard 15cm), if it exceeds the range, you need to buy widened curved feet
4. The distance between the water inlet and the ground is recommended to be 90-110cm

Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Exchanges

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Provided the conditions in our refund policy have been met, refunds will be processed using the original form of payment. You can return an item purchased online by posting it to us. Please note that delivery costs will be excluded from the refund unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights (e.g. they are faulty or not as ordered).
