Coding method:
1. Short press the receiver to power on, long press the power button for 3 seconds, and the red light will flash.
2. Within the effective range, press any of the transmitter's sound, vibration, and electric shock buttons to code and pair successfully.
Operation method:
1. To switch the dog training mode to the anti-barking mode, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to hear a beep, indicating that the switch is successful; in the anti-barking mode, there are 1-2 sounds and 3-7 sound shocks.
2. To switch the anti-barking device to dog training mode, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to hear two beeps, indicating that the switch is successful.
3. The transmitter turns off the backlight for 10 seconds and enters standby mode for 60 seconds.
4. The receiver will enter sleep mode to save power after 4 minutes of static electricity.
5. Short press to turn on, long press to turn off. After turning on the phone, press and hold for 3S to match the code.
Precautions:
1. Please receive the product and charge it for 3 hours in the off state before using it. If the battery is insufficient, it may affect the use of the product.
2. Each dog has different sensitivity to the product. When using it, please start with the low-end ones.
3. It is recommended not to wear it for more than 8 hours a day on your dog to avoid damage caused by long-term friction between the electric shock column and the skin.

Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Provided the conditions in our refund policy have been met, refunds will be processed using the original form of payment. You can return an item purchased online by posting it to us. Please contact customer service for return address. Please note that delivery costs will be excluded from the refund unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights (e.g. they are faulty or not as ordered).
