Instructions:
1. When using for the first time, first turn on the mobile wifi and unplug the white positioning pin on the back of the clock
2. Click on the phone "Settings"-"Connections"-"WLAN"
3. Install the battery, after about 5 seconds, "wificlock" will appear in the "WLAN list" for 30 seconds
4. If "wifi-clock" fails to appear, you can press the "MSET" button on the back of the clock (press and hold for about 5 seconds, repeat it several times)
5. Click wifi-clock
6. Follow the prompts to set up wifi
7. If you cannot set wifi, you can click "wifi-clock", then click "manage router", or open "192.168.4.1" with your mobile browser, and then set wifi
8. After setting, the three pointers quickly return to zero, and then automatically go to the correct time
9. After the wifi is set, if you reinstall the battery without resetting the wifi, the pointer will automatically go to the correct time
10. If the time is not correct, you can press and hold REC to make the pointer return to zero quickly and then re-align the time, or reinstall the battery
11. Press and hold MSET, you can reset wifi, automatic time and time zone

Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Provided the conditions in our refund policy have been met, refunds will be processed using the original form of payment. You can return an item purchased online by posting it to us. Please contact customer service for return address. Please note that delivery costs will be excluded from the refund unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights (e.g. they are faulty or not as ordered).
