Instructions for use:
1. Open the safety lock (when locked, do not press hard to prevent jamming, rotate the safety switch button at the heel of the shoe, and confirm that the arrow direction remains vertically upward (when the arrow is not vertically upward, it is in the safety lock state)
2. Pop out the wheel (there should be enough space between the wheel and the ground to accommodate the wheel popping out). When the switch direction is correct, press the switch hard and the wheel will pop out automatically (do not leave the switch immediately after clicking, hold for 2-3 seconds to avoid rebound)
3. Retract the wheel (if it is not stuck, you can try to step on it a few times). After confirming that the safety button is vertically upward, press the safety button to the bottom and step on the shoe while pressing the rear wheel connecting rod with your hand to make the positioning pin completely stuck in the slot (make sure the positioning pin enters the slot)
4. Lock the wheel (for safety reasons, it is recommended to rotate the arrow direction of the switch to horizontal), rotate the safety button to any other direction, the safety button can rotate 360 ??degrees, and the wheel can be locked if it is not vertically upward (in the locked state, please do not force the button to be pressed, and pay attention to check the direction of the switch)

Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Provided the conditions in our refund policy have been met, refunds will be processed using the original form of payment. You can return an item purchased online by posting it to us. Please contact customer service for return address. Please note that delivery costs will be excluded from the refund unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights (e.g. they are faulty or not as ordered).
