Installation precautions:
1.The rectifier should be installed in a location with good ventilation and good heat dissipation. High temperature will be generated when the rectifier is working, and poor heat dissipation will damage the rectifier.
2. The installation steps of the rectifier are to connect the AC input line, the positive and negative output are not connected, start the locomotive, measure the positive and negative output voltage, and when the voltage range is reasonable, plug in the positive and negative wires, and then test the positive and negative of the battery or rectifier Check whether the voltage at the end is within a reasonable range. If the voltage range is unreasonable, stop using it and give feedback. The entire installation process should be recorded and saved.
3.Note that the rectifier should be closely attached to the frame when installing it, which is good for heat conduction, and you can also add thermally conductive glue between the rectifier and the frame.
4. No other wires should be pressed between the rectifier and the frame.
5.There should be a fuse protection device between the positive outlet of the rectifier and the battery to prevent the rectifier from being damaged and the voltage is too high to burn out other electrical components.

Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Provided the conditions in our refund policy have been met, refunds will be processed using the original form of payment. You can return an item purchased online by posting it to us. Please note that delivery costs will be excluded from the refund unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights (e.g. they are faulty or not as ordered).
