Instructions for use:
1. Set the curl direction (recommended A)
R: When the hair on the right side of the face is rolled, it is placed in the R position and the inner roll; when the hair on the left side of the roll is placed in the R position, the outer roll is rolled.
L: When the hair on the left side of the face is rolled, it is placed in the L position and the inner roll; when the hair on the right side of the roll is placed in the L position, the outer roll is rolled.
A: Automatic gear, alternating left and right, the most natural curls.
2. Set the temperature (recommended 230 degrees Celsius)
190 degrees Celsius for soft and dyed hair
210 degrees Celsius for normal hair
230 degrees Celsius, suitable for rough and natural curls
3. Set the time (12 seconds recommended)
8 seconds, natural wave / loose type, 3 times tones, and finally 4 times to complete.
10 seconds, soft hair / moderate, 4 times tone, and finally 4 times to complete.
12 seconds, stylish and sleek, 5 times tones, and finally 4 times to complete.
Note:
Please read the instructions carefully before use to prevent the machine from being reversed when it is used (the card slot must be rooted, not the tail) to cause the card to be sent. The hair must be a small bundle, not much, and the hair will be stuck, ensuring that the hair of one roll does not exceed 3cm. Finally, put the hair to be rolled into the card slot, so that it will not be issued. This kind of curling iron needs more operation, more proficiency, and it is very convenient after handing.

Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Provided the conditions in our refund policy have been met, refunds will be processed using the original form of payment. You can return an item purchased online by posting it to us. Please contact customer service for return address. Please note that delivery costs will be excluded from the refund unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights (e.g. they are faulty or not as ordered).
